I am UTA’s Community Engagement Manager and I’d like to request your support. UTA is conducting a survey to understand rider experiences and suggestions during the COVID-19 pandemic. UTA continues to operate our bus, rail, microtransit, and paratransit services in order to provide the essential trips to work, grocery stores, pharmacies and other critical community services outlined by our cities, county officials and the Governor. The safety of our riders, employees and community is a top priority for UTA and our goal is to keep everyone safe while reducing the spread of COVID-19. We want to hear from the community about experiences with transit and UTA during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey is available online in Spanish and English, as well as over the phone at (801) RIDE-UTA (801-743-3882) – please help us by sharing the rider survey linked below with your networks. The survey will be open through the end of the month.
